By now regular customers will have realised that Window Fix Direct stands for quality service and top products, but there are still people out there who are unfamiliar with exactly what it is we do.
Well all that’s about to change as we’ve been working on a very special project…
A little while back we were involved in the production of popular TV show DIY SOS, where our team, along with other tradesmen and craftsmen, helped to transform a family’s property into a dream home. The programme was a great success and helped to showcase Window Fix Direct; getting us out to a wider audience.
So it’s with great pleasure that I can announce our return to DIY SOS! The producers liked us so much that they’ve asked us to feature on an upcoming episode. Now I can’t give away any details for obvious reasons but I can tell you that we’ll be helping to make one family’s dream come true very soon, and you’ll be able to see the results on the next series of the show.
We’re all so excited to be involved with DIY SOS again and we hope that you’ll tune in to see our big reveal: we’ll let you know when it’s going to air!
Bye for now,
Hello and welcome to the Window Fix Direct blog!
Over the coming months we’ll be offering tips and advice for customers on maintenance, installation and product choice, as well as interesting updates from the team. If you’d like to get a head start on the ‘tips’ bit then head on over to our Maintenance page for some great advice on getting the most out of your units.
Now Window Fix, as you’ll know from our website, has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and plenty of qualifications, but when it come to business we think that there’s more to it than the technical stuff… you see our staff are fully trained and seriously good at their jobs, but you know what else? They’re genuinely nice people.
When we take on a new fitter we always bear in mind the fact that that person will be going into people’s homes and may be spending some considerable time there. Because of this, we think it’s important that they be personable, trustworthy and accommodating. If you live alone or get a bit jittery in social situations, the last thing you need is some stereotypical ‘loutish’ workman making a mess of your property.
Our fitters are always polite, always tidy and always up for a quick natter! We’d love to introduce you to them, so over the next few months we’ll be putting up profiles of our staff on this blog so that you know who you’re dealing with when you book a Window Fix Fitter.
Join us next time for a profile on MD and all round Big Cheese Paul Haben
We’re looking forward to getting to know you
Bye for now,
